Fast, nice 8/18/2013

I just want to say that I love you guys. Every body was so nice and smiling. The was service fast and swift I would recommend my friends go there for all there car service needs. Customer service is not dead here it's an lost art but VTA gets it and that's why I think you guys are great I love great service and not all shops have that. So I will be back if I have any car issues. Keep up the good work. more

Needed some bad wiring repaired and have both inspections done. It took all day but same-day turnaround is pretty good. Dropped off vehicle at 11am. Got it back at 8pm. Not bad at all. Have used them before for major repairs and was satisfied with their service. Plenty of staff up front to help customers is their best feature. more

Great Service 8/13/2013

Brought vehicle in to have headlight replaced and belts checked. Vehicle was ready several hours earlier than expected. Was returned in clean condition. I am a long time customer and had forgotten my coupon; however, they still honored the discount. more

Very long line but Jerry the Inspector was very nice 8/12/2013

I waited until the last minute to get the car inspection done. The line was ridiculously long, but once my car was taken in, Jerry was fantastic. more

I have used VA Tire and Auto for almost 20 years and have been very satisfied. I particularly like their inspection process. I have tried others and always feel that the inspectors are encouraged to find something to push the cost up. I have four cars and always feel that the inspection process is fair and honest with VA Tire and Auto.\r more
