I came because of trouble light telling me my fluids were low. I was made aware that it was time for oil change. Had that done and they topped off all my fluids. Two jobs done at one time and within 1 hour. Thanks more

I had an 8:00 a.m. appt., for an oil change. I was taken immediately. After the service was completed, I got in my car and there was a cold bottle of water from Virginia Tire and Auto of Gainesville. Really, really nice touch. more

Great people ensuring great service! 10/23/2013

I befriended the staff from the owner, manager, front desk, day and nights managers and counted this time of Kyle to oversee my oil change and tire rotation. He even tried to locate a salvage part to fix a non-working turn signal on my front bumper but after locating it, encountered price gouging. I appreciated knowing my battery was going to need replaced by winter and at some pointy back brakes cleaned. Great team! Great service! I'm from Ohio and this is my place to service my car. Thank you all for a pleasant experience. more

Service performed was not the originally agreed service. Good year acknowledged their mistake. I took the car back for the required service and did not charge me due to the inconvenience caused to me as a result of the oversight more

Close and competitive. 10/21/2013

Everything seems fine for this 60K major inspection. Except, a tire rotation was supposed to be included in this package, but in the Service comments the mechanic stated that the "tires look new so they do not need to be rotated." The tires are not too old but they have at least 8K miles on them and regardless if they look new, I should have been asked about rotating them. I would have said yes. more
