My sales person went to the trouble of locating a vehicle closely matching the one I built on the Toyota web site. We started our transaction in the middle of the busy holiday season but there was no pressure to get things done until I was ready. Excellent Customer Service 1/30/2014

I initially planned to wait @ the dealership while my truck was being serviced---changed my mind and requested shuttle service and waited @ home. Service rep called when vehicle was ready for pick up and dispatched shuttle to pick me up. Upon arrival @ dealership, spoke with Service rep who reviewed work performed and charges, including discounts (had front brakes replaced and 5K oil change/service). I belatedly remembered the passenger side rear door wouldn't open from the inside and mentioned this to the service rep. She walked to the vehicle with me and checked a few things, noticing the 'child safety lock' was not in the proper position. She quickly remedied the problem. All in all, a very good experience with the Service Dept. more

Outstanding Service!! 1/30/2014

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was a small glitch with one of my hubcaps and Customer service went well beyond my expectations in finding a solution. I was really impressed! Also, after informing me of the inspection results, I felt no pressure to to immediately rectify anything and was glad to have the info and time to decide how to take care of it. Initially, I did think their cost was higher than some other places but they have great deals and coupons so I really felt I got excellent service at a very good price! more
