All the Associates are fabulous. So far this year, raves to Kris Bridger, Mike Hoff, & Samantha Schoenwald. Good Customer Service, not easily frazzled. All the years I've watched Kris, she has had such a steady style and good knowledge; I've enjoyed working with her. Samantha is newer to me, but she seems to be developing the Vancouver Toyota Service Dept. "attention to customers first" attitude. Mike Hoff is like the comic relief; if things become tense you want him nearby. Since the beginning of Kerry Keesee's tenure as Service Manager, she's shown the ability to grow & lead a great Service team. Yet, when necessary Kerry will jump in to keep things moving and happening for customers. Even the Shop Foreman, Dave Griffin, makes himself available more often than I can count. I ALWAYS recommend the Service Team at this dealership to friends, especially if they didn't purchase their cars here.
