My visit to Vancouver Toyota was to take care of a recall . The time given for the updae was 1.5-3 hours. Instead, it only took 45 minutes. That is good service. more

Service was good as always. I take all of my cars here and I have one problem and that is they always leave dirt and grease marks on the door entry lip where they step in and out of the vehicle. They need to clean this area but they never do. I have to always clean this after my service. more

Seems to be a lot of work to make an appointment and wait for over an hour for just a grease job and oil change. Oil Can Henry's is much faster and cheaper. more

Always great when I come in for anything! 3/6/2014

Brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla in for service. The service dept was really busy but I always feel like I'm important not just a number like you do at most dealerships.. The entire facility and the personnel are a delight to be around from parts to service and sales.. I never dread having to go in there for anything because I know I will be treated great! Excellent, Professional, Knowledgeable Staff 3/6/2014

I was stumped by a noise my car was making which I found difficult to describe. Mike in the Service Dept. had a tech come out and drive it with me. He identified the problem and Mike was kind enough to share that while it was a "noise" it didn't affect the operation of the vehicle and it's repair was up to me. I appreciated the regard for my finances while making certain the car was trustworthy for daily driving and a trip to California! Integrity all the way! more

Took longer than expected with oil change. Had an issue with gas cap lead so they took care of it without charge and replaced light blub at no charge. more
