Battery Experience 12/22/2013

I was very appreciative of Mike, Katie and Gavin for all of the help that was provided. Gavin gave me a ride to my residence to jump a dead battery, luckily the car started without a jump. I drove my car to the dealership and Katie had a technician check the battery and was able to fix it. Thank you to Mike, Gavin, Katie. more

Super friendly service staff (Charity) got me in on a very busy Sat. morning for a headlight replacement. Comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and recliners in front of the fire place. Perfect wait! Offered a ride to the mall. Super nice and efficient, even with no appt. more

I was very pleased with my whole experience. Dave Sanford was my salesman. He actually sent me a video message before I arrived. First time that has happened and it was very nice to get a personal message like that. Truck was ready when I got there and we hit the road within minutes. The purchase process was very fast and easy. None of this back and forth with another salesman or manager. It was here's what your trade is, here's the interest rate, and payment. Easy. The whole process was maybe an hour and half. The signing of papers was also easy. No trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't want. Brian also was very informative and knowledgeable. If I need another car or if I know anyone who needs one. Vancouver toyota will be where I go. more

It appears that the older part number HPFP was installed - not the one specified in TSB of Oct 17th, 2013. If this is the case, may be having "crickets" back soon. more

Competency 12/19/2013

Took my Sienna in due to a shudder under load. Checked in quickly and given a ride home. Received diagnosis a little later - axle bent. Picked up repaired car next day. Drives like new again. Thanks Vancouver Toyota! more

Taking Care of a Walk-in 12/19/2013

I brought my Toyota Sienna in for its 40K service and oil change. I really needed it done before Thanksgiving, so I came in without an appointment. Although the service lead warned me that it could take a few hours because of a heavy appointment load, the whole thing was done in less than an hour. Fantastic! more

I love how friendly everyone is. From the moment I get there to the moment I leave all the employees are so nice and always seem to be smiling or laughing. I know my truck is in good hands when serviced and I like getting a heads up what is coming up for the next service appt (like if I'll need tires) so I can plan ahead. more
