Thorough work. 2/27/2014

I sensed a change in the brakes if my 2 year old Camry. They diagnosed a cracked master cylinder and replaced it under warranty. After I picked up the car, I got a call from the technician saying he wanted to check something. He came clear across town on a dark Saturday night to make sure he hadn't missed something. Amazing. more

Excellent Service 2/26/2014

I came in because my tire light was on - turned out I had a screw in the side wall of my tire and had to get a new tire. The crew took great care of me -- got right in and right out. AND the facility is very comfortable to wait in - lots to look at (new cars)- accessories for my car , TV, lots of magazines and a great coffee machine! All in all a nice experience every time I come in- even the unexpected trips. more

I wish I could give more stars..... Whenever I took my car to Vancouver TOYOTA, they gave me great customer service. However, this time was more than I expected. The staff was not only just nice. He was concerned my safety and considered the situation I was in (it was bad snow day). Service was honest and clear, too. I definitely come back! more

Warranty Work 2/25/2014

I took my Sequoia in to get a Factory Recall done on it. The work was performed, and everything is good. The rides home and back to the shop were a nice touch. Thanks again. more

Oil Change and Tire Rotation Service. 2/24/2014

Good service, yes. Although the last time I went in for an oil change, it took about 45 minutes. This one took an hour and a half. My day was planned around the service at 45 minutes, which put me behind. The only thing I can say is that it would have taken me longer if I had to do it myself at home. They might want to work on their appointment setting. I'll be back. more

I recently had my front brakes replaced at McCords Toyota and just last week stopped in for a oil change. Always get excellent service there and a feeling a relief knowing I am getting genuine Toyota parts installed by trained technicians. The waiting area is very comfortable and the coffee is delicious! more
