The service took longer than anticipated and my Tundra had to be kept overnight. I was setup with a complementary rental car. The service was not completed on as promised on Saturday, and had to be finished on Monday. The staff was apologetic, and explained what had happened. It would have been helpful to receive updated communication on Saturday so I could have planned my day more effectively. All in all, I was satisfied with the result, and rated 4 stars because of the glitch and the resolution.
