Highly recommended - I searched all the Los Angeles appliance stores before finally buying my dishwasher at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. Their price was the best and they were able to deliver and install the very next day. more

They are also both very pleasant to work with, and we will be going back shortly to make our plumbing fixture selections. The fixtures tend to the higher-end, and their selection is broad - there is a LOT to see in this showroom.\r more

Amer, our consultant was EXTREMELY good, very professional, highly consultative in his sales approach with absolutely NO high-pressure sales tactics. He asked lots of questions about OUR needs and preferred use of the appliances and then tailored his recommendations to keep within our budget (well, mostly, but not MUCH outside) but the equipment that he suggested was MUCH, MUCH nicer than what I thought we would be able to afford. THANK YOU, Amer for your assistance & a VERY pleasant buying experience. more

Needed a washer and a dryer as well as delivery & installation. I was given excellent service from the helpful staff at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center which is located close to where I work in Calabasas. The price was the best that my husband and I were able to find, and the delivery was quick and without problems. Overall very happy. more

I went into Best Buy looking for a new oven/stove with my husband expecting to find great service like anyone would expect. Definitely didnt find that so my husband and I went to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to find what we wanted. We got quick service. Didn't have to wait and search for a sales rep like we did at Best Buy.\r My experience definitely wasn't as bad as everyone described below. On the contrary, it was fast and the sales rep was really helpful. more

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances over a year ago from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. The price was very good and I liked their showroom and selection. My order was delivered as promised and installers did very good job. So, I can only complement Universal's sales staff and delivery crew. About a week ago I needed service for my refrigerator, so I called Universal. Technician arrived same day and did an incredible and very professional job. I'm very pleased and definitely recommend Universal. Good job. more

If you are shopping around for appliances, then Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center is the best choice. I had a great experience with ordering and delivery. The price on chosen dishwasher was unbeatable. The phone support person was very friendly. It was one of my best experience in ordering major appliances. I would highly recommend them. more

So I've started looking up small businesses on Facebook and Twitter because I know a lot of them are starting to offer discounts to their social media fans, and since I just moved into a new place and need a bunch of new kitchen stuff, I thought I'd try to find some appliance places on these sites. Most of the places I searched for didn't have social media accounts, but I was pleased to find that UAKC does and they do indeed offer specials for their fans. more

I recently had a problem with my clothes dryer, it was not heating. I found Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center in the Yellow Pages. I called them and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. In fact, to my big surprise, their technician arrived within scheduled time. It only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem. The igniter was bad. Technician gave me an estimate and upon my approval repaired it very quickly. He even vacuumed the entire bottom of the dryer, because it had a lot of lint in there. I appreciate for fast reliable service. I will recommend this company to all my relatives and friends. more

Came in a few weeks ago for a new fridge. Mine gave out on me after years of use so my husband and I decided to get a brand new stainless steel fridge. We went to a few different stores before we came here. The other stores didn't have any of the ones we wanted in stock and said they weren't gonna have them available for weeks. We came to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center and they had the one we wanted in stock and shipped it to us in less that a week. Fast and to the point service. Definitely should have come here in the first place. more

I purchased all my kitchen appliances from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center over a year ago. I was very satisfied with my purchase,but last week my refrigerator stopped cooling. So,i called Universal for service.They sent a nice technician the same day, he repaired my refrigerator and to my surprise didn't charge me for repair. I didn't even know,since Universal installed my Viking appliances,they gave me second year warranty at no charge. What else can you ask for? more

I can honestly say that my overall experience with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center was very pleasant. Prior to purchasing a washer and dryer for my laundry room I visited several different stores. My last stop was Universal. First of all their store looks great and has a great variety of brands in a very wide price range. The atmosphere at their showroom is friendly and has a kind of homey feel to it. The sales person knew the products very well and helped me make the best choice possible for the most durable washer and dryer. I live in Santa Monica by the ocean and unfortunately everything getting rusted within a few years. I didn't get my products right away, they had to be ordered from the manufacturer, but I received everything and had it installed few days later, which I think is very fair and standard. I enjoyed my shopping experience with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center and I am recommending them to everyone. more

I came to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center with my husband to buy a new barbecue and washer-dryer set. We found a barbecue grill that fit my husband's standards which is REALLY hard to do. Our washer recently pooped out on us so we decided its time for an upgrade ourselves. Salesman helped us find the right washer-dryer combo that would help us save money on our monthly bill. So excited when they were delivered within a week and definitely happy with our purchases. more
