I was hesitant to order a kitchen range long-distance online, but Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center was great to work with. I emailed them some questions, and they responded quickly. They provided excellent shipping and tracking information, and my new Premier range arrived in perfect condition. The customer service people seem very accessible and responsive, and that makes all the difference in the world when shopping online more

Flawless experience 4/19/2011

Flawless experience. Timely delivery by ground freight. Wasnt clear that product would be delivered by ground freight--I selected UPS, but I guess the size (not weight) required ground freight... Cheaper than buying from product manufacturer, but prices in line with other retailers. And with good shipping prices and no tax it was a better deal than a local supplier. more

Everything was perfect 4/15/2011

Everything was perfect except that the store was a little slow in letting me know that they couldn’t supply the second item I that I had ordered. I would definitely shop at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center again. more
