THIS PLACE GETS NO STARS but that's not allowed. Ken/Costa/Frank are all LIARS. They smile and tell you that you order will be there on one day, and you wait....and Wait, and WA...

I couldn?t be more satisfied. Marcia called about a week after I placed the order saying the range could be delivered the day after Thanksgiving. Very good price and excellent delivery. Delivery team showed up 30 minutes before the 4 hour window! They spent a while making sure the range was good and level, then left as quickly as they came, no muss, no fuss. I will definitely recommend Universal Appliance to friends more

Excellent Web site 2/3/2011

Excellent web site, easy to navigate, prices better than most and quality shipping service (FedEx) at a more-than-reasonable cost. A bit of a delay in shipping, but a call to customer service produced a reasonable cause - waiting for a shipment. Shipped only a few days after their normal shipping "window". I'd use Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center again. more

no tax better deal 1/21/2011

Flawless experience. Timely delivery by ground freight. Wasnt clear that product would be delivered by ground freight--I selected UPS, but I guess the size (not weight) required ground freight... Cheaper than buying from product manufacturer, but prices in line with other retailers. And with good shipping prices and no tax it was a better deal than a local supplier. more

So pleased with my purchase 1/7/2011

I am so please with my purchase! This was a great experience from ordering ease on-line - to shipment. Our stove was finally installed yesterday and not only is it beautiful in our kitchen - it was $500 less than if I had purchased it here in town and shipping was only $150. I would highly recommend using Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to anyone who is thinking of upgrading an appliance in their home. more

Their communication was excellent 12/22/2010

I searched everywhere in my area for this range hood. I was delighted to find it at universal, and for almost 100 dollars less than any store in NJ. Their communication was excellent, and my hood arrived faster than Id expected. I highly recommend this merchant. more

The experience was wonderful. The price of the item I purchased was several hundred dollars less than any retailer in town. The delivery time was listed on the website as 1-2 weeks, but actually arrived within 3 days of the order confirmation. Wonderful turnaround time! I will definitely keep this vendor in mind for my next appliance purchase more
