awesome kitchen collections 7/25/2011

I came in last week for a consultation on remodeling my entire kitchen and got great help from the salesman. Within a few hours he helped me find exactly what would work for my space. Found the style I was looking for and best of all they had some awesome kitchen collections put together already. Just waiting for my dream kitchen to be delivered! more

definitely happy with our purchases 7/25/2011

I came in with my husband to buy a new barbecue and washer-dryer set. We found a barbecue grill that fit my husband's standards which is REALLY hard to do. Our washer recently pooped out on us so we decided it’s time for an upgrade ourselves. Salesman helped us find the right washer-dryer combo that would help us save money on our monthly bill. So excited when they were delivered within a week and definitely happy with our purchases. more

Totally worth the drive out to studio city 7/19/2011

My oven decided to stop working on me a few weeks ago... right before holiday season. Went to 3 other stores which all said it would take weeks to deliver and install my new oven. Came to UAKC, found an even better oven that matched my current kitchen, ordered it, AND received it and had it put in within a few days. Thank god I got it before thanksgiving or I probably would've had the biggest melt down. Totally worth the drive out to studio city. Would've made it out there way before I went to all those other places if I knew about it! more

Came to UAKC, found an even better oven that matched my current kitchen, ordered it, AND received it and had it put in within a few days. Now my bathroom looks way better 7/15/2011

I was in dire need of a new sink. Mine cracked straight down the middle last week and it was just a complete mess. A friend told me about UAKC and his great experience buying his grill there so I went in immediately. After half an hour the sales guy had I narrowed down to 2 sinks. He told me the specs of both and helped me choose the best one that was also cost efficient. Got my sink 2 days after I ordered it in store. Now my bathroom looks way better almost like a mini face lift! more

I recently bought a new dishwasher a few months ago. It decided to spew out water and soap randomly a few days ago. Called the original store to fix it and they said it wasn't their problem even though the warranty said they'd fix it. I was referred to UAKC and I called them asap. They sent someone the next morning to fix my dishwasher. They were extremely helpful and fixed it same day. The additional part needed to fix it was even cheaper than if I were to buy it from the place i originally bought the dishwasher. I most definitely recommend coming to UAKC not just to buy your appliances but for repair service as well! more

I, personally, recommend Universal Appliance 7/12/2011

I went to 3 other stores and couldn’t find a place that would deliver my fridge within 4 days! So annoying. Finally drove all the way to Studio City to check it out. THANK GOD! I am so thankful they sent it in 3 days. Totally worth the drive. Great service. Fast delivery. Quick decision because of the helpful sales rep. Sorry to all those that gave bad reviews but I happened to have an easy and quick experience. I, personally, recommend Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. more

Fast and to the point service 7/8/2011

Came in a few weeks ago for a new fridge. Mine gave out on me after years of use so my husband and I decided to get a brand new stainless steel fridge. We went to a few different stores before we came here. The other stores didn't have any of the ones we wanted in stock and said they weren't going to have them available for weeks. We came to UAKC and they had the one we wanted in stock and shipped it to us in less than a week. Fast and to the point service. Definitely should have come here in the first place. more

I'm very pleased and definitely recommend Universal 7/6/2011

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances over a year ago from Universal. The price was very good and I liked their showroom and selection. My order was delivered as promised and installers did very good job. So, I can only complement Universal's sales staff and delivery crew. About a week ago I needed service for my refrigerator, so I called Universal. Technician arrived same day and did an incredible and very professional job. I'm very pleased and definitely recommend Universal. Good job. more

I purchased all of my kitchen appliances over a year ago from Universal. The price was very good and I liked their showroom and selection. My husband and I just bought our first home!! One of our major purchases was our washer and dryer. We went to Sears, Home Depot, and Lowes. We started to give up for a bit but we were having lunch at the Daily Grill in the same complex and came in to Universal Appliance store for one last go. The show room looked great and we were very inspired. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very helpful salesperson and it took just a few peeks around the store to find the washer and dryer were were looking for. We have limited space in our laundry room and they had a stackable in stock that was perfect!! My clothes love it!!! hahaha! We will most likely be returning when we redo our bathroom next month. I have my eye on a bathtub and a beautiful faucet fixture. more

If you are shopping around for appliances, then Universal Appliance and Kitchen is the best choice. I had a great experience with ordering and delivery. The price on chosen dishwasher was unbeatable. The phone support person was very friendly. It was one of my best experiences in ordering major appliances. I would highly recommend them. more
