I will definitely come back for service at this location rather than going to Conrads. more

I was very happy with the deal my wife and I got at Mentor Nissan. Dan Gradadolnik was as good a salesman as I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I work in the automotive industry and have for a long time, so I know what's good and what's not. He knew his product (in this case the Altima) and he made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. I will definitely be back. more

New Frontier for me! 3/13/2013

I was at the Cleveland Auto Show looking for a small truck. I looked at the Frontier and really liked what I saw. I went to two dealerships before I came to Mentor Nissan and was put through the same old song and dance you get at car dealerships, BS pressure to buy right then. I didn't feel comfortable. It was dramatically different the moment I walked in the door here. Dan gave me the best car buying experience I've ever had and and I left with a new nissan frontier on March 2. I would recommend anyone looking to come here first. more

Upgrade an Electrical Panel 2/23/2013

This pro is a great guy!. Came immediately as I was having a problem with my circuit breaker. He looked it over - found the problem, took care of it. I also asked him for a quote on a new breaker and it was reasonable and will call him back again to do the job. I am happy to find an electrician I can can't on when I need him. Sylvia D more

They were courteous on the phone and very fast to get to my car. The driver, was friendly and very careful with my car. I had it towed back to my house and he even helped me get the car in my garage instead of just leaving it in the driveway. more

my best friend got a flat on his bike & had it dropped off to be fixed by his worker as he had to get to the job...... he had the rear tire on his bike replaced the week before in the city... When his worker went to pick it up, they charged him $76 for a new rear tire & tube. when the worker asked why they replaced the tire he said ""what do you care"" then she had to beg to get the new tire back off them. he is a good customer & goes there often for work on his bike. these people took advantage of someone who trusts people. we are calling to speak with the manager & lets see if they do the right thing. there was no need to replace the rear tire !! you can not trust these people.. full stop more

Dr. Karazi is very nice and will give you compliments all day... I did get the free whitening trays below after having 3 root cannals/crowns and a filling. Nothing is free. The last straw was when they never called me to schedule a return visit when they said they would, Guess they got all the money they needed. Pros: null Cons: null more

Highly Unethical and Unskilled Labor 2/15/2012

My experience with Daniel was awful. I hired Daniel for a simple patch/paint job, as well as to install grout for brick that had already been installed. When work first began, the only protection that Daniel's workers employed was the placement of thin brown paper over some of the floors. I raised concerns about this the first day, which Daniel ensured me would get resolved. I returned from work the second day to find my wood floors scratched by a worker who had dragged my couch with no help from anybody else and no protection on the floor. A worker had also thrown a paint-soaked towel over a brand new silk shirt of my fiancee's. I again voiced concern and disappointment and asked his workers be more careful. He apologized and said they would. However, the next day, my floors were again scratched up; this time much worse by a machine Daniel used right at the entrance. It had also become evident that Daniel was cutting corners and not using qualified workers (NOTE OF CAUTION: Make sure you have Daniel spell out in the contract what experience his workers will have; I relented when he pushed back on this during the negotiation process and I now realize the reason he did that was because he cuts corners). Examples include: 1) Walls that weren't patched despite my having flagged them for his workers (think this was because his workers didn't know how); 2) Different paint colors running into each other (his workers didn't know how to use blue tape); 3) Mortar/grout being smeared across the entire face of a brick wall and then being allowed to sit for four days (this was despite my raising concerns that I had never seen mortar smeared across the face of brick as it was actually happening); 4) Refusing to correctly complete items that were very clearly agreed to in the contract because they were "more complicated than he thought" (such as installing door handles) It all came to a head when for two weeks Daniel stalled the repair of the brick his employee had ruined. Daniel had initially said he would order new brick on a Saturday. The following Wednesday, I encountered his employee attempting to scrape off the mortar from the brick face with a metal tool (after drying for 4 days). The employee said the brick was now like new and didn't need replacement. Needless to say, the brick was far from new (scraped, chipped, discolored from a chemical he used and still full of mortar in many places). I confronted Daniel and he said that he had decided (unilaterally and without any consultation with me) that the brick could be repaired by scraping it and using chemicals and that it just needed sealer and would now be fine. An argument of course ensued where I told him the brick was very clearly damaged and needed replacement. After I produced before and after photos (NOTE OF CAUTION: take as many "before" pictures as you can), he relented and said he would replace the brick and make it right. Unfortunately, Daniel continued to play games. The next day (Thursday), he claimed he had already ordered the brick on Monday, but was just saying he hadn't done so until I signed off on the other items in the contract (What? You were using the repair of damage you caused for something unrelated? Highly unethical). But when I called the brick distributors to see if he had placed an order, he hadn't. He had been lying about that too. End of story, 10 days later, his workers tried to install the brick and it was a DISASTER. Daniel DOES NOT USE SKILLED WORKERS. The BRICKS were literally falling off my wall and there was an instruction manual the workers left on how to install TILE. If you have a very simple job and don't mind very much about details, go with someone less costly. If there's anything more complicated New York Modern Interiors will damage your apartment and cause a lot of heartburn more

Great Vibe! 10/31/2011

I have been a member of MHAC since its opening in Sandy and have had nothing but great experiences. The gym itself is always clean and the employees and owners are great! MHAC has many group activities for every level. My favorite is the spinning class. Chantel's spinning class is perfect for me. It is great for every fitness level from beginning to the very advanced. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the workings of the bike and has great music. The club also sponsers many fun events throughout the year, Splash and Dash, Girlfriend Run and Biggest Loser to name a few. more

Chang & Brandon are the best at Weseloh Kia 10/29/2011

I went to Weseloh Kia today in San Juan Capistrano. I was ushered around by a nice man named Chang. He showed me a few cars and then let me drive one that I really liked so I decided to purchase it. Brandon Schock was the salesman who took care of me. He was really sweet and listened to all of my little old lady stories and put up with looking at some pictures.
