I have been a member of MHAC since its opening in Sandy and have had nothing but great experiences. The gym itself is always clean and the employees and owners are great! MHAC has many group activities for every level. My favorite is the spinning class. Chantel's spinning class is perfect for me. It is great for every fitness level from beginning to the very advanced. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the workings of the bike and has great music. The club also sponsers many fun events throughout the year, Splash and Dash, Girlfriend Run and Biggest Loser to name a few.
