I just had my haircut by David because I could not get in with Amy. I must say I was a little nervous because Amy was booked. I trusted if Amy said he was that good that I would give him a go. He just moved from Austin and is the styling educator at the salon. He did a celebrity blo -out on me. He was very detailed and i was so happy that Amy got me in with him. Thanks David! Amy is the most humble and patient stylist. She made it all about me and really took the time to ask me the right questions before she just started cutting without asking. She gave me the most beautiful bob shape. I usually always have choppy pieces after my haircuts because my neckline is so low. However, she gave me the best haircut I have ever had. It was well worth the time she spent and the price. I have been all over Dallas seeing the owners at the salons. I always pay a bunch and still walk out not 100% happy. She is the first to get the haircut perfect and everyone in her salon was amusing and enjoyable. Pros: Awesome experience more

My experience was worth every dollar spent in that salon. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks!! The Front Desk was very nice compared to a lot of stuffy upscale salons that I have experienced.I was scheduled to see colorist Bethany and Stylist David. Both were amazing, bethany was sweet and did an amazing color job.David gave me a perfect cut and I love it.The products were amazing, I suggest everybody try the shampoos and conditioners.The staff is energetic and trendy. I have been in this area for a few years and looking for a stylist that does an amazing job over and over again is hard to find. But I have found a perfect shop that has an amazing look and customer service.Daniel did my color and it was fabulous the color was better than ever and then i went to Amy and she is in a class all by herself.The cut was amazing and she also taught me how to style it a few ways before I left which wasnt a lot of stylist dont do.The product line is amazing to, I love the nou nou shampoo and conditioner, along with the shine drops for styling.Awesome Awesome Awesome. TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY TO GO TO SUAVIZAR SALON. I REALLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. DANIAL DID MY HIGHLIGHTS. HE WAS AMAZING, AND HAD THE BEST IDEA'S. HE WAS SO EASY TO TALK TO AND THE TIME WENT BY SO FAST. KATIE CUT MY HAIR. SHE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND I REALLY ENJOYED MY HAIR CUT. THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE I WILL BE GOING FROM NOW ON. I booked an early morning appointment due to my work schedule. I had no idea it was going to take 2 hours for a simple cut & style. Seriously? \r It didn't help that on top of the 2hours, I had to wait 30min because Amy (the owner) was late. If this lady thinks she is going to be successful in this new salon, she needs to learn time management. I see that I am not the only one who has complained about this. \r So, on we go... Not only was the owner late & took a very long time on my hair, I paid 95.00!!!!!!!!!! I could have easily gotten this same cut & style at Regis for half the price!\r During my cut I tried to be nice & hold a decent conversation with Amy, but she couldn't seem to focus. It was like she had a million other things going through her head. As selfish as this might sound: I want the focus to be on me when I am in that chair! \r While I was there I thought I would get my eyebrows waxed, until I found out how much it was going to cost me! 25.00 to get my eyebrows waxed! I am so glad that I asked, or they wouldn't have told me. I'm sorry, but I can go ANYWHERE else and get them done for 10-12 dollars. \r I will say it is a nice looking salon. Danial did my hair extensions and color; Jessica did my cut. It is by far the best haircut and color I have ever had. I have never had hair extensions before until my appointment with Danial. He was very detailed about telling all the pros and cons. I think my haircut was the best I have ever had because of adding the extensions. My hair is very fine so it really gave my haircut a more defined look. Having fine hair, I never get enough shape and the extensions really gave me that for the first time. Jessica and Danial acted as a team in deciding what was best for me. The owner even walked by and helped them with planning what extensions and colors to use. I have been going to get my hair done by Amy Martinez for over 10 years. She has always given me the best. I have watched her grow from a small suite located in Dallas with a private clientel to the owner of the a great salon and an amazing team. She is alwasy continously educating herself which reflects in her work. I always get something new and trendy but not so edgy that I am scared to wear it to work. Her haircuts are always soft but still I feel new; fresh; and never bored. It such a great feeling to be confident with her every time I come to my appointments. I can close my eyes and know that I am always in good hands. She never gets too comfortable to where her quality changes. She has always been consistant. An A PLUS IN MY BOOK. I hope she does not get so popular thst I have to book my appointments out 1 year! lol. Currently its about 2 months but well worth making sure I book out ahead every time I leave. I am in Love with suavizar and Amy Martinez's haircut. I am a news anchor for a major cable network and must look up to date and fashion forward. However, my look still must be somewhat conservative. Amy Martinez listened to my every need for my position as a news anchor. I got the best haircut from her and the warmest treatment from her staff. It truly was the best salon experience I have ever had. I went back to work and my coworkers as well as boss said my haircut was awesome. Now a few of my coworkers are driving all the way to Allen from Dallas to get her amazing cuts. Soon she will be doing the whole news stations do's. Awesome job to Amy and suavizar! I had hair that was broken everywhere when I came into suavizar salon 10 months ago. At my previous salon they over processed my hair and it broke completely off. I had Amy Martinez makeover my hair. She suggested hair fusion to hide the breakage until my hair could grow. She gave me all my options so that I could make the choice and not her just deciding what she wanted without asking. She truly cared about me being comfortable with what we decided to do long term for my hair since it was so bad. Extensions sounded strange at first because I never thought about having to add them since I have such thick hair. However, I was amazed. She darkened my hair to prevent any further damage as I came into the salon with orange broken hair. Then she installed fusion and my hair was back. They were natural and I could not feel them which was the best. She gave me the most amzing haircut. I walked into he salon looking my worst and walked out feeling like a celebrity. My hair and extensions actually looked more amazing and natural than my own hair. Suavizar and Amy Martinez you are true lifesavers! Thankyou. I had Amy Martinez color and cut my hair. It was the first time where I did not have another person or several getting their hair done at the same time as me. Her focus was completely on me without any distractions from another client. I told her this and she responded back letting me know her belief is to focus on one client at a time. I thought that was awesome and showed her true enjoyment as a hairstylist. The stylists I have had in the past always do someones hair while I am sitting with my color or at the same time and it makes me nervous. Amy;s salon and her staff showed that it was not about just taking my money and getting my hair done and out the door. I was not rushed at all. You could see everyone in the salon truly enjoyed each other and us as clients, I really felt important and I know know where I will be going. Pros: Amazing hair cut and color more

I had a haircut with owner Amy Martinez. Let me first say that she acted like she was just apart of her team. I had to ask her in the middle of the haircut if she was the owner. She humbly nodded. Most of the time I go into a private salon and ask for an owner to cut my hair and it turns into a disaster. They usually are arrogant and don;t listen to what or need and treat their staff horrible. This was the compete opposite a suavizar salon. Amy listened to every aspect of my needs and dislikes before she decided what we were going to do. Her staff was very involved with experience as well. I truly felt catered to. They seemed to really enjoy and like working with Amy so that made my whole experience even better. The salon really had a relaxing sort of energy and my haircut was the best ever. Amy seems to really enjoy what she does with her group and only if you asked her would you know that she was the owner. Really wonderful experience. I booked my next appointment for Amy in 8 weeks. She books out 2 months so that should show you she has a thick client base to reflect her amazing work. Truly an A plus. Pros: Awesome Haircut more

This was a disaster. The owner/stylist didn't listen to anything I said. I requested a 1/4 inch trim and instead, she lopped off several inches and not just the length but she randonmly cut into the sides. When I complained about the cut, she said it was because the cut I had before had been a bad one, however, the cut before had been from another stylists there in the salon. this is supposed to be a 5 star salon.. ?? HA! it is a nice salon inside. however the management is so unorganized. I got my hair cut by the ""owner"" Amy Martinez and she was over 25 minutes late to my appointment. i had scheduled it for early one morning. It would be something if this was a one time thing but the appointment i had previously the same thing happened. I had a very nice young lady washing my hair for me and who also styled it out. both times someone else had to cover for Mrs. Martinez. Once styled out the owner finally showed up and i still had to wait 10 minutes for her to start. let me remind you, this haircut is $95.00. She is a good stylist but does not meet her clients needs in every aspect. Her employees were all running around for her it seemed like. They all looked unhappy and not busy. Both times getting my haircut, she seemed to be dissing this and that. i had asked her about the guy who had styled me out before at my previous appointment and she told me ""he wasn't that good and they had to let me go."" and that's just being nice. He was a great stylist to me. Her negative attitude seem to really be an issue here and she should definitely not be talking about everyone else to her clients who have only been there twice. Obviously i will not be returning nor will i be referring anyone to this salon. I have started to go to another salon with the owner cutting my hair for a little more than Amy's prices and have fallen in love with him. no negative intake and i really felt like he cared about me, like i was his number one priority. I was recommended PDX Rovers by ...of all surprises, the Portland Dealership when they couldn't find the source of the electrical problems in one of my Land Rovers. Having replaced the central computer already, I was in distress! I was greeted with the most genuine people I'd met in a service industry, treating me like family. Better than that... they were family! Francis & Terry Watson, a father and son team, not only got in me in quick but held true a promise that they were different from the Dealer and would take care of me. Lending me a Discovery that belonged to Peter, Francis' brother and Parts Department guru, within a day they had not only solved my problem, but identified & fixed various other items that had long plagued me, from a bad cruise control to the wrong temp display on the A/C. All at no additional cost to the repair, which was already a happy price! I consider PDX Rovers and the whole family my friends. And I wouldn't recommend a Land Rover be serviced anywhere else! I?m a college student, and like any other students have some financial problems. When I received the DBD's flyer, I told myself this place must be really expensive because it looked so beautiful. But I want to take my chance to try this place especially because they offered free Zoom teeth whitening. I made an appointment, and when I got there, I saw really caring staff. The front desk person was very nice and professional, kind assistances, great dental hygienist, and the most important very caring dentist who explained my treatment plan so well to me. I was disappointed that I could not have the zoom procedure on that day due to my cavities. Then, she explained to me before having zoom; all of my cavities need to be taking care of first, and she told me that she has to follow the American Dental Association's rules. She discussed it to me if the zoom material gets to my cavities, I will end up with severe pain or possible root canals. After my dental exam, I went to front desk person, and she explained to me about my insurance benefits and how much I have to pay from my pocket. Also, they offered me care credit whith12 months interest free. I told them that I'm worried that I may pay more for their state of art dental office, but she explained it to me that they are PPO with the same fees that different offices which participating as preferred provider organization; I'm not paying extra for my dental treatment. After my great experience of cleaning and my dental treatments, I had my free zoom teeth whitening done. It was almost six hundred dollars which cost me nothing. FREE. I'm highly recommending this dental office who is seeking the best dental experience. more

In all I feel the actual school is fine but the Instructional Childcare (ICC) is terrible!!! The director, Penny, is unresponsive, unprofessional, and just downright uninvolved. She is totally clueless to what's going on with the kids and never returns phone calls or even emails. She hires and keeps teachers that are so unqualified it's unbelievable!!! The before and after school care is bad... they are in a huge cold cafeteria which is very uninviting especially for a little one. My child usually had problems being dropped off in the morning and she's now at a new school and has not cried one time since day one (4 months ago.) I miss the Christian aspect but really and truly the head of the program (Penny) certainly doesn't act like a Christian anyway!!! One teacher that I have to brag on is Ms. Casteneda. If you can have her for your teacher than you are blessed! She is AWESOME and I can't say enough great things about her! The prices are outrageous! It is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! I like that they had PE every day but even the PE teacher isn't that great! I really can't recommend this school to anyone!!! more

My experience from my recent visit was so wonderful, Dr. Kharrazi and her caring staff treated me like royalty by taking their time in explaining all the details of the required procedures and by using the state of the art intra-oral camera , Dr. kharrazi found several cavities which was missed by my old dentist who used traditional X-Ray . Front office staff reveiwed my insurance coverage and explained my benefits and offered several options for me to choose from. more
