Ultra Smooth Skin

I went in for some Botox and certainly didn't have the same experience as the other two reviewers. I was warmly greeted upon my arrival and was asked by Lisa where I wanted the Botox injected. I scowled and she said, ""I got it"" and we both laughed, after which she thanked me for coming in and told me she looked forward to seeing me again (I've been back twice since). Every time I've received a treatment everyone has always been courteous and extremely professional. I've never waited more than five minutes to be seen, unlike other providers I've gone to in the past. I mean, why do medical people make you wait for 30+ minutes and think that's normal? That hasn't happened to me at this place, thank goodness. Anyway, my experience has been positive each time. more

I went to Ultra Smooth Skin for Coolsculpting procdures but will NEVER go back. I was unhappy with the knowledge of the staff as she didn't seem to know what she was doing either time I was in their office. Then when I told Lisa that I was unsatisfied, she basically told me that I was a liar and that she, and I quote, ""could easily go out of business if I allow refunds of monies everytime someone says they did not like the quality of work"". This makes me think she often has clients complaining about their services. I think she'll go out of business if she continues to treat clients like she treated me. Lisa is totally unprofessional and lacks people skills. I highly recommend going somewhere else. You'll be glad you did. more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I went in and spent an hour talking to Vanessa about what I was looking for. She said that the Fraxel treatment would meet my needs. So I set up an appointment. I went in and after spending over an hour waiting for my appointment she finally numbed my face. After waiting another hour numbing my face I was told I needed to meet with LIsa the owner and nurse! LIsa has no people skills. Lisa told me she didn't think this treatment was what I was looking for!!!! AFTER ALL THIS!! UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT PUNCTUAL, POOR COMMUNICATION, UNORGANIZED, I was also given a different price for the cost of the treatment at this time, then I was told I needed to buy a $70 product for my after care!!! more
