Initially I thought the work would only take about a week, but more damage was discovered after they removed the damaged rear bumper. There was some delay in getting the work done and communicating with the estimator and the insurance company. But I am very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. The staff is very helpful and I appreciated their care and concern over the amount of time it took to finish the repairs
