Everyone was incredibly nice. The establishment itself was very clean and welcoming, didn't look like a typical auto shop. They give you free drinks and snacks. They had my car for a while but extensive work had to be done and they worked directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to see one of their agents for an estimate first. The work was thorough and professional. They fully detailed my car after the work was done. I also received emails updating me with pictures of the work being done to my car. Nice touch.
