Best car buying experience yet! 3/9/2011

I can say that i never thought buying a car would be so exciting, maybe because this was the first positive experience I had. I went online and emailed Dean to see if a certain car was still for sale, within the hour he emailed me back, letting me know that it had been sold but another one was on its way and would be there in a few days. He called me just a few days later so I could go take a look at it. Before I knew it, I was signing the papers for my new Corolla!! Thanks Dean! more

Worst Service Department 5/5/2009

My mother buys a new 2009 Rav4. At 800 miles the battery is dead. She needed to be somewhere at 4AM so I let her use my car. I also needed a car since the weather that day was not motorcycle friendly. I take out the dead battery out of the new Rav4 and take my ""second"" car with the battery to Toyota of Seattle. This should be a simple exchange. After wasting two hours at Toyota of Seattle getting blamed for leaving the lights on (Duh, the 2009 Rav4 has timers) and having a parts employee carry my mother's registration around the dealership and talking to me as I was stupid. I took the battery back to my car which a Toyota of Seattle employee called a ""Pile of sh**"". Okay this 1977 AMC Gremlin works and the 2009 Toyota does not. Get a clue. Needless to say I wanted to replace my main car with a new truck. After looking at the Tacoma and with the service experience at Toyota of Seattle. I got a similar Ford Ranger for $15,000 instead of the $25,000 for the Tacoma. If this is way Toyota and its dealership chain wants to treat customers that is fine. This is the way American Motors did it. Need I say more? Cons: Where do I start? more

Great Customer Service 6/26/2008

I had just moved to Seattle, and stopped by for an oil change. The staff was great. It was a fairly busy day, but they still took the time to tell me where all the local shops were and things to do within walking distance while I waited. It only took about an hour to get my oil changed, they called me when it was done, and even did a complimentary vacuum!! They're great here Pros: Friendly helpful staff more

Bad service on the recall 6/13/2008

I brought my car on Wednesday to have it fixed for the recall I got concerning the windows in the front. Now, I have rattle in both of my front door and the weaterstrips are either popping out or broken. I talk to the Director of Services this morning and of course he was saying it was not their fault. He his still ordering the part and will fix it which is good but sounded like he was doing me a favor... \r They might disserve two or three stars if my car is fixed correctly at some point but I don't think it will ever be the same.\r I think I will just take pictures of my car prior dropping it anywhere going forward. more

Great Customer Service 10/13/2007

After my car was totalled in a car accident, I needed a new car and had some time constraints. I've always received good service when I took my car here to get the oil changed, so I decided to look at their used car lot. Not only did they have great customer service, but I was in and out with an excellent deal on a used Corolla within two hours! The young man who helped me was very attentive and friendly and every sales person who saw me asked if I was being helped. The fact that they are non-commission made it a very pleasant buying experience overall. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a car. Pros: Location, Customer Service more

The best car buying experience I have ever had 6/11/2007

I was blown away with the great treatment I received from Toyota of Seattle. Their non-commissioned selling staff was truly interested in making sure I was happy. They let me set the price on my car and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend you experience the excellent service from Toyota of Seattle. Pros: price, non-commissioned sales staff, professionalism, courtesy, speed Cons: None. more

Worst place to buy a car 10/7/2006

This is the last place you should go to purchase a car. I had a deal in place and they tried to up the price the next day. The negotiated price was approved by several managers and finalized with a handshake, then another manager denied the agreed upon price the next day. Not only do they have unprofessional, unethical and untrustworthy business practices, they also have the worst customer service. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Pros: Location Cons: poor customer service, unethical negotiations, bad pricing more
