I called them feb 21st 2018 to report a garbage disposal leak, 3 days later a tech came and told me the "garbage disposal is broken, need to be changed, will come back in about 5 ...

Why is it so hot in Florida!? I'm from Montana, and my AC went into cardiac arrest on me one Saturday night after dinner. It got too hot, too fast so I went outside to at least get some fresh air, then I remembered my wife telling me about some kind of repair service she had purchased. She called up Total Appliance, and these guys were there within the hour to fix my AC, and they were gone within the next. \r \r After hearing their prices on AC units, I've decided to purchase another AC unit from them before summer hits.\r \r You can't get service like that where I'm from, especially on a Saturday evening. Total gets it right for us!!! We bought a warranty contract for a very reasonable price and three months later, I’m already delighted with my decision. We already had Total come out for an air conditioning repair, a refrigerator repair, AND a plumbing repair. All issues solved without hassle. I love the experience of having a coverage plan and recommend their use. more

Horrible service and experience do not use them. They came to fix my heater and air conditioner. Took off of work so they can check it out they said they had to come back and pull it out to fix the problem and it would take three total days. Had to take off of work a second time for them to pull the unit out. Took off for third time for them to put unit back in. Put unit back in on a Thursday, get back from work on Friday and see it is still not working. Call them they say because it is almost five they can have someone there on Saturday to come look at why they did not fix it right the first time. Wait home all day on Saturday and they call at 3PM saying the guy is on his way. Here we are on Monday the guy never showed up and never called. Never use them, they are the worst company ever. more

Appreciate that they made time on a busy Friday to come out and fix our a/c after it broke down. I also appreciate that, unlike the last company that serviced our system, the emphasis was on maintaining our current system and not trying to sell us a new one. Will recommend you 100%. more

In an emergency, they were absolutely lovely! We have a vacation house in Fort Lauderdale that used to be my parents'. We hadn't been there for a long while and when we visited during July our kitchen sink clogged up and became completely unusable. My husband tried to fix it but it was proven impossible. We called some independent plumbers in the area, but all of them wanted to schedule us for later in the week. The Total Appliance guys came out to fix it the afternoon we called, and within an hour and a half everything was back to working. They were extremely fast, totally professional, and very kind. I highly recommend their emergency services. more

Total Appliance and Air has made a customer for life out of me. My AC stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden, and at the time my 3 month old was colicy. Needless to say, it couldn't have happened at a worse time. My brother is always raving about Total, so I decided to give them a call. They had a technician out in about an hour. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He didn't have to leave to get any parts or schedule it for a different day, he was completely prepared. He gave me an estimate before he started the repairs and the final total was exactly what he estimated. It was refreshing to deal with an honest company for a change. Now i'm always raving about Total Appliance and Air Conditioning to everyone just like my brother. more

When my AC stopped working, I panicked and I immediately searched the internet to find help. Total Appliance website was the first company that popped up and so I called. A repairman came to my house the same day and within two hours my ac was working fine I was back to feeling refreshed. Thanks Total Appliance for your fast response and great work. BEST AC PRICES!! My friend recommended that I call Total Appliance when I needed to replace my air conditioning system and I'm so happy that I did. They were honest and gave me a really low price. I saved more than $700 by buying from them and got a free high end thermostat too. And my friend got a discount for refering a friend, which neither one of us even knew they offered so we are both happy! more

BEWARE! Scam artists trying to sell you a $550 coil cleaning. Charged $85 and said air conditioning was fixed... but never got cold air. Called and all the rude people want to do is question you.... I said send man immediately or I will stop payment on the check. They chose to hang up, I stopped payment. BEWARE!!! more

Rude people answering phones 8/14/2011

The lady thay answers the phone is rude: number 2 nobody knows how to fix anything I had 3 guy's come out in one day and the air conditioner still is not fixed .. Don't get a servicec contract with them also they don't know how to fix anything, without calling someone else they had to call a building maintenance guy to help them because they did not have the right tool to remove a bracket to remove the blower. more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 8/1/2011

I have never ever experienced such a horrible service in my whole life! I had a broken AC, called them, got an appointment in 2 days. The guy came, didn't even check anything, put Freon and left. In a couple of hours AC stopped cooling again, there was definitely a leak somewhere and a technitioner was supposed to fix it! I called again, another appointment in 2 days. The guy checked the unit on the roof - said the whole unit should be replaced, the contract doesn't cover that. I had to call the office again to ask for an estimate and to set next appointment. It's been 4 days since, they keep telling me that a person who gives estimates is not there and he/she will call you asap. NOBODY CALLED! More than a week with a broken AC in summer in Florida!!! I will terminate my contract and want to warn everybody - NEVER USE THEM! Nobody cares, nobody answers or calls you back and what is most important - NOBODY FIXES ANYTHING, and the funny part - you already paid them and have a contract which apparently means nothing! more

I have a active water leak that is flooding my house. They told me to find someone 2 turn off the water to the house and they would get a plummer to us. The eariest would be 4 days. No bathroom and shower for 4 days. more
