I called them feb 21st 2018 to report a garbage disposal leak, 3 days later a tech came and told me the "garbage disposal is broken, need to be changed, will come back in about 5 days, put a bucket under the sink in the meantime" they called to collect the parts and service from the owner($140) and they have not come back.
