Total Appliance and Air has made a customer for life out of me. My AC stopped blowing cold air all of a sudden, and at the time my 3 month old was colicy. Needless to say, it couldn't have happened at a worse time. My brother is always raving about Total, so I decided to give them a call. They had a technician out in about an hour. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He didn't have to leave to get any parts or schedule it for a different day, he was completely prepared. He gave me an estimate before he started the repairs and the final total was exactly what he estimated. It was refreshing to deal with an honest company for a change. Now i'm always raving about Total Appliance and Air Conditioning to everyone just like my brother.
