In an emergency, they were absolutely lovely! We have a vacation house in Fort Lauderdale that used to be my parents'. We hadn't been there for a long while and when we visited during July our kitchen sink clogged up and became completely unusable. My husband tried to fix it but it was proven impossible. We called some independent plumbers in the area, but all of them wanted to schedule us for later in the week. The Total Appliance guys came out to fix it the afternoon we called, and within an hour and a half everything was back to working. They were extremely fast, totally professional, and very kind. I highly recommend their emergency services.
