I have never ever experienced such a horrible service in my whole life! I had a broken AC, called them, got an appointment in 2 days. The guy came, didn't even check anything, put Freon and left. In a couple of hours AC stopped cooling again, there was definitely a leak somewhere and a technitioner was supposed to fix it! I called again, another appointment in 2 days. The guy checked the unit on the roof - said the whole unit should be replaced, the contract doesn't cover that. I had to call the office again to ask for an estimate and to set next appointment. It's been 4 days since, they keep telling me that a person who gives estimates is not there and he/she will call you asap. NOBODY CALLED! More than a week with a broken AC in summer in Florida!!! I will terminate my contract and want to warn everybody - NEVER USE THEM! Nobody cares, nobody answers or calls you back and what is most important - NOBODY FIXES ANYTHING, and the funny part - you already paid them and have a contract which apparently means nothing!
