I had this gentleman from Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec re-key and change some locks for me. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about his work. He also for a small fee fixed one of the locks on a sliding glass door. He did suggest other services and ideas for other projects around my building but wasn't rude or pushy about them. Thank you dude for the job you did and for being polite and courteous while doing it. more

Their 24 hr hour service was wonderful..I thought I going to run into a tired tech. that's been up all night..but they were able to come out in the middle of the night and get my car unlocked. Simply the best! more

Locked my cars in the key while I was dropping my luggage in the trunk to head to the airport. Luckily I was able to get a hold of Top Flight Lockout and they arrived in quick time. Got me back in my car and still made it to the airport on time. Thanks! more

job well done 5/28/2010

I decided to re-key two locations after a burglary. I saw Top Flight lockout service on the internet with great reviews. The people answering the phone were nice, the price was reasonable, they came when they said they would. I recommend to use Top Flight for your locksmith needs..? more

They gave me what I needed and did not try to oversell me. They recommended re keying my locks when I thought I needed brand new locks, which would have been at least double the cost. Highly recommended using Top Flight Lockout service! more

best decision i made 5/28/2010

The locksmith from Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec was fast and courteous. I think he left his store within 5 minutes of my calling so that was awesome and he was able to help my wife who was locked out on the balcony very quickly. That was partially because we had left another door to the house unlocked so we really ended up not needing his locksmith skills...but we didn't know that when we called him. more

Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec was so helpful-they really came through. They came right away and immediately helped us out in a crisis! They were super affordable. Never a good time to be locked out of your car, but if it happens again, at least i know a reliable place to go to! more

FAST SERVICES AT LATE NIGHT 5/27/2010

I accidentally locked out my car with key inside, I was in party that time and it was 11pm and I supposed to be in house before 12am, I was having only an hour, through one of my friend I came to know about Top flight Lockout Svc & Sec and immediately called them, they came over so fast, replaced it and charged reasonable rates. I reached my house without any delay. more

Overall good company 5/26/2010

What can I say but Amazing! We had to have all of our locks replaced about a month ago. The service guy from Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec came out and was quick, courteous and knowledgeable. An asset to the company. Unfortunately we had to call them out again a month later to open the lock on a new garage door and replace them. The same locksmith was great. Quick to arrive, pleasant, fast and professional. I've been super impressed with the speed, quality of service and friendliness of the employees of this company. more

Theses guys will take care of you lock problems 5/26/2010

Had a Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec guy install a new set of locks on my door. I called them and 4 other companies in the area (after reading some user reviews) - Top Flight's dispatcher gave me the lowest quote out of them all. The guy, sorry I don't remember his name, came by 15 minutes after appointed time (but he was nice enough to call in advance and tell me he'll be a little late). He took care of my lock issue, and left everything clean and tidy. I thought the whole thing was done smoothly and professionally, and I'll most definitely call them again. more

Thanks to Top Flight lockout for the awesome response and taking responsibility to repair the whole locking system of my house and garage(my shop). they install and repair locks and safes to my house doors and installed security safes at my garage. All workout handled carefully without influencing my daily routine and their supportive team charged very nominal rates for all. thanks to Top Flight Lockout Services more

After my call they quickly came to my office and installed garage doors in very less time and also checked my entry door deadbolt locks. Top Flight Lockout employed all skilled guys who very well knows how to treat a customer. I found them as more reliable locksmith service provider in New York. more

Locksmiths from Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec arrived on time and were very courteous when entering my home. They went above and beyond my expectations taking care of me like I was a close friend. They not only repaired the broken torsion spring but also had the correct part to replace the 'stripped gear' on my garage door opener. The charge of the service was reasonable. I was very happy with the service. I recommend this company if you ever need a garage door repair in New York!! more

I was referred to them by a good neighbor. The locksmith from Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec was on time and very cordial went right to work and explained what he was doing fixing my doorlock and adjusted the weatherstripping. I really appreciated the fast service and great job he did. If I have need of this type of service I will call Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec again and also mention to my friends. more

good review for a good locksmith 5/23/2010

We called Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec after the great reviews on Judy's Book and we were not dissappointed. Their service guy installed new high security locks and door reinforcements for our new home, and did an excellent job. What seemed to me to be an 'easy' job actually took a good day and a half to complete as he took the time to do it right. It was definitely much more involved than I thought. We would definitely recommend Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec to everyone. again George! more

Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec helped me about 3-4 times when I've been locked out of my house, the technician has always got there within about 1/2 hour, and done the job in about 5 minutes. Great service - reliable and efficient. more
