Firsrt of all, my telephone experience with locksmith was very professional, honest and straight forward. He said he couldn't be here immediately, but could be here within a couple of hours and he was. My front door locks were old and worn out and today my key got stuck in the lock and I couldn't get it out (and yes I had WD40'd it only last week). I had a 4 cylinder rekey job done by Top Flight Lockout Services & Security Systems. He was very polite and informative. He replaced several screws around my home with theft resistant longer screws. I was pretty amazed that they even checked for these screws. I guess this was part of the service pack, which I am very thankful for because he made my home safer from someone kicking the door down the first try. Hadi definitely went above and beyond what was expected. The job was done relatively quick. I was charged what was previously discussed with customer service. While there were some scheduling issues, the company more than made up for the inconvenience and went out of their way to make me happy. Sunday night - when for some reason all of the other locksmiths didn't pickup their phone, I called Top Flight Lockout to help me get into my home after having my purse stolen in a bar Downtown. They picked up the phone after 2 rings and showed up within 25 minutes at 11pm! They got me in AND changed my locks just in case the perpetrator will try to get into my home while I'm out. I accidentally locked myself out of the office one day while my boss was out and had entrusted me with the keys. Rather than wait for my not so understanding boss to come back I called Top Flight Lockout services. I was so happy when I saw the technicians van 25 minutes later. He did the lock picking for the front door in about 10 seconds. I didn't know anyone could lock pick so fast. 35 minutes after the whole locking myself out debacle had begun I was back in the office and my boss who returned 5 minutes later was none the wiser. For anyone who needs a locksmith service to replace ignition keys I defiantly recommend Top Flight Lockout services. I had them replace my ignition keys and they did a great job. They also gave me a much cheaper price than if I would have gone to the dealer for replacement ignition keys. The locksmith company were also really quick to assist me.
