I would like to share my great experience with this locksmith company. I had lost my car key (the one with the chip in it) and had called 4 other companies. 3 of them said they couldn't make this key and told me I should go to the dealership, the other company said they can do it but never showed up or called back to cancel. At this point I was so frustrated and then, my boyfriend suggested I call a locksmith he knows. So, I called Top Flight and to my great surprise they said they have the right machinery and are able to make me a new key for my car. We arranged an appointment and the awesome locksmith, arrived right on time (calling me before to confirm). The price was not cheap but still cheaper than the dealer and I was driving my car again with a huge smile! Thank you Best Top Flight for your outstanding service! We got locked out of our bedroom (for some wacky reason it has an exterior door lock on it). Called Top Flight Lockout a little after 8pm, the guy showed up in 20 minutes as promised. I actually LOST the keys to my Jeep Wrangler on Friday evening. LOST THEM! I called Top Flght Lockout Service at 7:50 am on Saturday, and sure enough they answered. Told him my problem, and told me when he would be arriving up in 30 mins after calling. He made me 3 keys and even gave me the key code written down in case I ever LOST all 3 of them! I called them to fix the lock to my apt door because I broke the key while opening. The locksmith guy came in less than 30 mins. Is that fast or what? It took him all but 5 minutes to fix the door. I have a partially restored a 1984 Ford. The original Ford accessory key has never worked properly. Was advised to take the car, key and problem to Top Flight Lockout Service. The locksmith worked for about 20 minutes and finally determined that the original key was bad. He then took another half-hour performing magic with blanks and a file until he had produced a working master. Price for all this was, in my mind, incredibly reasonable. Worth stopping in and looking around, too. You will probably find one of their services of interest. Thanks Top Flight Lockout! I highly recommend!!! more

Top Flight Lockout Service is awesome and we highly recommend! They offer affordable services. He showed up on time (about 20 mins) and installed locks on our front door, kitchen door, French doors and basement door in two hours. The technician is honest and very pleasant to be around. My front door lock from the 70's broke and is no longer made. A locksmith would be needed. I called emergency services at 6:30 am and had a locksmith here in 20 min. This is a much better response than the Big Box who never returned my emergency call. Top Flight Lockout Services & Security Systems was very friendly and professional. He provided the repair and explained my options. It was nice to be given several approaches how to move forward with my lock and not be swindled with the most expensive option. Top Flight Lockout Services & Security Systems knowledge was very impressive of the archaic bolts. I also have a key that no store has been able to make a copy.
