I locked myself out of my home this afternoon and called Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec. Within a half hour, a locksmith arrived to open my front door without damaging the lock. The locksmith was very courteous, professional, and best of all - fast! I would definitely recommend Top Flight Lockout to anyone needing emergency locksmith services. more

Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec. is the best! I was at a friend's area and we got locked out of her car. We called this company and they came in less than 1/2 hour, fixed it in about 15 minutes. The service was good, the price was right. No complaints. High praise for honesty and courtesy more

Great Service & Good Price 5/7/2010

We recently moved and needed all of our locks changed and some deadbolts installed. Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec provided a detailed and reasonable quote over the phone. When their locksmith came out for our appointment, we talked through what we needed. He helped us set up our locks in the best way possible. His fee was true to his quote - actually, it cost us a bit less than we expected. Great, friendly service at a good price. Thanks a lot.. more

One of a Kind 5/6/2010

Tried to start packing for my trip across country, when I realized that I had lost the keys to storage and had no way to get in for the suitcases. Called another locksmith and was told it would take 4 hours before someone could come. Called Top Flight Lockout expecting the same wait, but they said they were on their way. They arrived in less than an hour and popped it quick and easy. Super friendly and convenient, will definitely use again. more

Job Well Done 5/6/2010

The staff at Top Flight Lockout Svc & Sec was super friendly and prompt. I accidently broke a key in half while opening my front door. In 15 minutes, they were able to take apart the lock, pull out the shreds of my old key, and generate brand new keys (that work much better than my originals did). I'd highly recommend these guys for your locksmithing needs.. more

I have used Top Flight Lockout SVC & SEC half a dozen times of the past 2 years both for residential and business. Friendly, fair, flexible, accommodating, responsive, and excellent locksmith service sums it up. They have come out and done lock repairs as well as lock replacement. I use them at my business for re-keying doors and file cabinets when keys were lost. They are incredibly responsive and does quality work very efficiently. Their fees are reasonable and competitive, more importantly they do the job well and efficiently without charging you for every extra minute they are there. Very fair. I now have rentals in the city and I trust Top Flight enough to call and dispatch them to my rental units site unseen. more

Top Flight Lockout is simply the best locksmith service in NYC. My wallet was stolen and I had my keys in it so there was no way to get into my apt. on a Sun. evening. I called Top Flight Lockout, and they were very professional and friendly. I believe the guy came to my door within 20 min and proceeded to pick the locks as I grieved over my stolen wallet. He even made a key for me for free knowing that I was pretty distraught over having them stolen. A great business and very, very reasonably priced for the service. This is how businesses ought to be! more

Highly Recommended 4/30/2010

We just moved here and there are so many choices! We came from a small town, and I knew everyone, so when we wanted to have the locks changed on our new townhome I asked my new neighbors and my boss. Both said to use Top Flight. I called them and they said they could come out that day and rekey our locks. The technician was courteous and knew what he was doing. He was done in just a little bit of time, had fixed something else that was buggered up and did not charge me an extra fee. Thank you! more
