After dws pays for my childcare there are always additional fees and half the time I don't know why. They hardly ever let you know when you need extra diapers/wipes and then charge you for using theirs. Also they are very unprofessional they argue with each other and talk about other employees right in front of you. I have heared multiple complaints from different people about injuries and the staff can't tell you what happened.A lady I know recently told me that she pulled her baby out because she came home with little scratches on her vagina. Another lady that worked there said her child also sustained injuries that couldnt be explained. The first day my son attended tilley time he came home severly sunburned. These are common complaints that I hear from parents who have taken their children to tilley time. The staff always looks unhappy and most of them dont even seem like they like children. I have also heared bad reports from children who have gone there. An 11 year old daughter of a friend of mine said that the teachers were mean and told her during naptime once that they would call the police if she didnt go to sleep. Just recently my son switched to the 3 year old room and has been acting very strange around the teacher. He gets very stiff and acts scared which is very much unlike him. And while I was there a couple weeks ago I stuck around with my son since the kids were napping and he didnt want to sleep due to the fact that he had just woken up from a nap and another employee came in and said the teacher could take her break after all the kids were asleep, she shot me a dirty look and proceeded to rush me to leave and as i was walking out she yelled at my son and tossed a book at him. These are not the actions of caring caregivers. That was the last straw for me after all the things I have seen and heard about them. My son says goodbye to them and sometimes they completely ignore him. They havent even tried to help potty train him and I never hear daily reports about what they are learning , eating, how they did that day. nothin. because they arent concerned about children learning anything. its just a place to drop off your kids....thats about it. its like a baby factory. They treat your kids like a number and a paycheck. And there are alot of them who dont even speak english anyways so how are you supposed to get a report on how your kids are doing? They also treat you disrepectfully there were many times when I ""owed money"" and they made sure to joke about it to me which for me was rude and humiliating since I have been a single mom for a long time and have a hard time paying my bills.I wouldnt recommend this place it is the worst childcare I have ever seen. They didnt even remember my kids after 2 months of not attending when they have been going there for almost a year!! My daughter constantly came home with diaper rashed and soiled clothes like she hadnt been changed for a long period of time. They called me on my first couple days on a job and said i needed to come bring my daughter formula because she was out and hadnt eaten I didnt have a car and worked really far from there so I had to come on the bus to bring her formula. First of all that would have been nice to know ahead of time and second of all dont they plan for this stuff instead of not feeding your child until you can come bring more???? I was never asked to provide immunization records and im sure nobody else was either because my kids constantly get sick when they go there. anyways alot of things that I dont like about them and my kids werent happy there. Test it out for yourself...say the name tilley time a few times while talking to different people and you will see the reaction and hear the different stories. Just by mentioning them to dws workers I have had nothing but negative reactions. more

. I had the worst experience dealing with this center. Do not bring your children here. It seems cheap at first but IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The care is not great and my 2 children cried every time I brought them, Also there is a woman there named Samantha who is very rude, I called to find out how we give notice, she got really defensive because I told her that the care there was horrible and I did not want my children there, she yelled at me and called me a B**** and accused me of doing drugs and a quite a few other offensive things and hung up on me, overall it was extremely unprofessional and I was afraid to take my children back because I did not want her to treat my children the same way. I gave my notice and even though I had prepaid for the month I did not bring my children back; I also left with my account supposedly in good standing with them. Come to find out I recently was reviewing my credit report and have been sent to collections by them and I have had no notice, no phone calls,nothing in the mail. Since I was told that the account was closed and paid in full this has come at a very frustrating and horrible surprise especially since we have not been there since spring of 2013. That was dumb on my part to not get any proof that we were in good standing, just the word of someone there who said our account was closed out. Apparently they can go back in and add charges and send you to collections. Please learn from my horrible experience and take my review seriously and do not take your children there. more

HIDDEN CHARGE Day Care!\r They will scrape and pinch every penny they can out of you, and lie to do it. There is on one there to accept your childcare payment on weekends, and if the month begins on a fir/sat or sun they will charge you a $40 late fee because no one was there to take your money. When I paid early they still charged me a $40 late fee because they ""miss calculated how much I owe them"" and I didn't make the full payment on time. then they kept charging me for ""Using there Diapers"" when I brought them a package of diapers for my child she still had a cubby full of her own diapers that I had brought in, and no one could tell me why they used there own diapers when my daughter clearly had her own. They refused to speak to me about it, and wouldn't wave the fee. They also never asked me for my social security number when I registered my daughter, I came in one day and could hear the owners complaining about it and saying htey were going to charge me $500 when they saw me they ran into there office and pointed and whispered about me. they will never say anything to your face, and they will hide and run in there office if you ever confront them. I had to get an attorney because I removed my child from there day care, and they still tried to charge me for the next month which she was never there for. they close the business a the drop of a hat with no notice for stupid things like the owners daughters wedding, and for every holiday, leaving the working parent screwed with no child care;They stand and smoke in front of the children's play ground. and the worst is when H&R block filed my taxed they called Tilly time for a receipt of all my child care, The Owners son in law refused to give it to them he said that tax p preparers are too stupid to know about the child care tax write off. more

Mothers beware. They are treating your children as a commodity and are only after there own well being. This daycare is family owned and operated with only one thing in mind. There own family not yours. There own employees have been threaten with termination if they speak about what really is going on. You child is a number and a paycheck. Look ELSEWHERE. more

I started there with my 5 year old and 1 year old. My kids are now 7 and 11 I have since had twins who are now 3 and have gone the whole time. I love this center and would recommend anyone and everyone. I have been in every class and know pretty much the whole building of staff. I even say hi to other kids who have been there as long as mine. Kids make good friends at Centers if a parent is stable the kids and their lives are stable. I hope that when my children are older the daycare is still around. I am pretty sure it will be with 5 generations of Tilley's already running the place. Yep yep family owned even better quality. more

These guys are the best at working with me on payments. I am a single mom busting my but to get ahead. They do just as much as my mom does for me and more than some of my other family. I am glad i found this place. They are home away from home. They have men and women the kids are so happy to go and they work with each person on other stuff not always daycare related. The go above and beyond in performance. They help to lift stress off my shoulders to know they will always be there and take excellent care of my babies. more

We moved closer to my work and traffic was too hard to fight to get back to the center. if i ever change jobs i would definitely return. My son loved this place and his teachers and the Center was very good at working with me on payments and schedule changes. \r Erika and Ezeriah more

My daughter has never been in a school before. She had a hard time adjusting at first but the staff went out of their way to try and make her feel like she was at home. Just when she started getting used to it I lost my job. Once I find employment in this horrible economy we will return. Melanie was so good to her I can't thank her enough. I was impressed with everyone though but Melanie really went out of her way for our family.\r \r Jenny and Jasmine more

I love this place!!! My boys are 2 and 4 and have been going a few months. The rates are awesome great discounts and they will even allow you to pay for date nights!!!!\r \r Definitely recommend and please tell them I referred you so i get free daycare credits.\r \r Cat more

Wow this shows up as just reviewed when people tour this site so i joined they verify nothing which is fine. But in businesses where stuff is expensive i suggest you go check out yourself. Tons of people I know don't pay their bills and leave reviews for good businesses. I have seen people being rude when asked to pay.This is a great center. Hali Robinson and yes i pay my bills more

Wonderful can't say enough! Was a single mom struggling with a job that was working me 16 hours on salary for minimum wage. They gave me a job and helped me to get back on my feet and be successful. Was great for my kid when we lived in Utah and great for me to get to know all the wonderful staff they have there. You child would be missing out if you didn't choose this Center. Any complaints i ever seen were when the parents were told to pay. Sorry for those but we are single moms their working to make a living too. Great preschool class for my child she loves it her favorite teacher is Laura. Laura has been there for 20 years and does very well with all the kids. Glad I found this place. more

My 2 year old loves this place. Begs to go everyday and ask every family member and friend if they can go in and play with him. Also they are teaching him spanish and sign language more

We had to move to St. George unfortunately they do not have a center down there. BUT they referred me to a well known center they know down there that I hope will be just as GREAT of an experience. Loved the late hours and weekends and how you can pay for a drop in just for personal mommy time. more
