. I had the worst experience dealing with this center. Do not bring your children here. It seems cheap at first but IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The care is not great and my 2 children cried every time I brought them, Also there is a woman there named Samantha who is very rude, I called to find out how we give notice, she got really defensive because I told her that the care there was horrible and I did not want my children there, she yelled at me and called me a B**** and accused me of doing drugs and a quite a few other offensive things and hung up on me, overall it was extremely unprofessional and I was afraid to take my children back because I did not want her to treat my children the same way. I gave my notice and even though I had prepaid for the month I did not bring my children back; I also left with my account supposedly in good standing with them. Come to find out I recently was reviewing my credit report and have been sent to collections by them and I have had no notice, no phone calls,nothing in the mail. Since I was told that the account was closed and paid in full this has come at a very frustrating and horrible surprise especially since we have not been there since spring of 2013. That was dumb on my part to not get any proof that we were in good standing, just the word of someone there who said our account was closed out. Apparently they can go back in and add charges and send you to collections. Please learn from my horrible experience and take my review seriously and do not take your children there.
