Had a service call on March 6th.Unclogged kitchen sink & installed new flush parts in commode.Work was done quick & in a very professional manner.Jason was the tech. & he was great.I did call right after the service was done to thank your Company for the very excellent service. We had Waterworks come promptly when called several weeks ago. Water was coming up our basement drain and causing a mess! They worked quickly and were very thorough, keeping us informed as they worked. We were pleased with the men who came and the result of their work. Thanks once again Waterworks! more

The Waterworks is a top notch company. The tech stayed with the job at our home for more than 3 hours, he was very nice and courteous. The job was not easy because we had many feet of tree branches that were in our main water line. What a professional team and in addition, job was performed the same day! more

Plumbing work was done well and efficiently - price was OK as well. Quotation on repair of hole in ceiling (drywall) beneath toilet was way too expensive. I'm solving problem a different way. more

Was very happy with the quick service. I called late at night and a repairman was at my house by 9 the next morning. He replaced a motor and made sure that I had heat before he left. Was very efficient. I told others what good service you give to customers. more

Quick and responsive service, very friendly on the phone and in person. Gave me options and was honest and helpful. Fast installation and great work, just how the work should be done. Was a little disappointed at the price, seemed high. Ended up paying over $800 for 2 trips and about 3 hours of work. Also, didn't expect to have to coordinate the inspection myself. Otherwise, great finished product, just wish it had been cheaper. more

This was a non-emergency appointment I made a few days before. The toilet in the master bath was not refilling - no input water. The tech was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He replaced the fill valve & snap seat, and was in and out in about 70 minutes, even though he had to go back to the shop to get a part for my old toilet that he no longer carried on his truck. Excellent service and no further problems. more

Service was prompt & excellent. Technicians were very courteous. This was especially impressive since it was the Thanksgiving weekend. A couple of other companies I contacted prior to Waterworks were closed until the following Monday. I highly recommend Waterworks to everyone. more

In my recent experience everything worked out much better than anticipated. I had a main break under my home slab that was already located and a bid was placed by X companies. I choose to get a third quote from Waterworks and even thou in my case, it was quoted as time and material. It ended up being almost half the cost of all other competitors. I cant speak highly enough of the tech that serviced my issue. Tech`s Casey O`nan and Christopher Columbus (yes, i said that right Chris Columbus) were courteous, considerate and nothing short of being complete professionals in their performance to get my issue fix right the first time. The time for the repair was half, as well as the cost of any other competitor that had placed a bid for my business. In my personal experience I will always recommend them for any pluming issues in the future. Thx guys for being such professionals and resolving my issue right the first time at such a reasonable price. more

I have used The Waterworks for all of my plumbing needs from clogged drains, new toilet, fixing a leak on the outside hose bib, new outside water service line, to using their Restoration Division for water damage, worked on the HVAC, and this time for a new garbage disposal . Each technician has been very courteous to me and my home. A free estimate upfront and communication though out the service call. Thank you to all of The Waterworks employees. I called because my drain pipe was leaking in the basement. When the plumber came to the house he was very polite. He found that the toilet needed reset. He told me that he could do it. It would cost just over $200. I told him that I was able to do the repair myself. I asked him how much I owed him. He told me I didn't owe him anything. I didn't even have to pay for a service call! more
