In my recent experience everything worked out much better than anticipated. I had a main break under my home slab that was already located and a bid was placed by X companies. I choose to get a third quote from Waterworks and even thou in my case, it was quoted as time and material. It ended up being almost half the cost of all other competitors. I cant speak highly enough of the tech that serviced my issue. Tech`s Casey O`nan and Christopher Columbus (yes, i said that right Chris Columbus) were courteous, considerate and nothing short of being complete professionals in their performance to get my issue fix right the first time. The time for the repair was half, as well as the cost of any other competitor that had placed a bid for my business. In my personal experience I will always recommend them for any pluming issues in the future. Thx guys for being such professionals and resolving my issue right the first time at such a reasonable price.
