Technician arrived outside of appointed window due to delays/issues with other customers. Despite that, he was friendly, polite and professional. He didn't rush. He took time to explain everything and was knowledgeable. Work he performed was excellent. more

The installation of our water heaters went OK. We made a service call for a broken heater on a Saturday and the response was very prompt. Unfortunately, only one was in stock so it took a second service call on Monday to replace the second heater. I get that that can happen. I also don't mind a 3-inch gouge taken out of the edge of the door trying to get the old tank up and out of the basement. My gripe is with the permits dept. I received a letter from Waterworks with a permit from the City of Powell. Only one heater was listed on the permit. I waited a week for the second permit. None arrived. (The letter told me how critical it is to get the inspection within 30 days or the mfg warranty is invalidated.) I called and (without checking) the Waterworks permit person said I'd be getting a second permit. A week later I called again. The person replied that she would have to contact Powell to determine what to do. That was Tuesday. Today (Thursday), I talked with Powell who said Waterworks had not contacted them and she would email Waterworks. They are going to do the inspection anyway, however. Meanwhile, I don't understand the lack of attention to this matter. So 5 stars for the initial response, 5 for the phone person, 4 for the installer, and 1 star for the permit department = 15/4 which rounds up to 4 stars. more

We were very happy with our service from your company. The technician was excellent. He was able to repair our shower handle instead of us having to replace it as he originally thought he had to do. We were relieved not to replace the faucet because of a constant drip. more

You installed a new sump pump for us on 05-27/28-2014. We were charged $626 and none of the sump pump info, warranty, manual, billing detailing how much of the $626 was the material (sump pump), how much was installation etc. We would appreciate if all these materials could be provided to us. Great customer service and technicians. After another company had tried to determine the cause of water in our basement and were not able to, we contacted The Waterworks. Within 30 minutes, they were able to determine the cause! Will recommend them every change we get. more

Zack was prompt, competent and extremely helpful. In addition to completeing the work that needed to be done, he spotted a leaking surge device and suggested we replace it. Our basement is completely finished had the device ruptured the water damages would have been very expensive. more
