After the repairs were made to my gas lines, I wasn't told that my furnace was turned off. I recently called a heating and AC repair tech to come out because my furnace wasn't working only to be told the switch in the furnace was off... a simple fix that cost my the service fee. I spoke to Waterworks and they indicated that it wasn't their fault that my furnace was switched off. Well, if you switched it off, seems to me you should have switched it back on... or at least told me it was still off. Poor customer service! Cost me a service fee and cost you a future customer.
