My furnace had quit and I called Waterworks..I have had them for Plumbing, excavation,drain cleaning, etc. and do not have one complaint..They are very prompt and courteous and know their business..I wouldn't have anyone else.. more

The wonderful Waterworks man came to the house, looked at the leaking toilet , tightened a screw. The man said thanks for the call, no charge and happily left us stunned by his generosity. It is great that these little acts of goodness occur from a company who provides excellent service. more

We had Waterworks plumb a new kitchen, a new 1/2 bath, new laundry and fix an old cast iron pipe that had leaked ... all in a 130 year old home. Al gave us a great quote, and Jeremy and crew worked hard to get it all done in our crazy short timeline. Very happy with the price, the work and appreciate the professionalism of the workers. more

I always ask for Daren because he is professional and courteous. He wears his shoe covers and doesn't smoke. He finishes in a timely fashion, and explains the bill in a thorough manner. If something will need maintenance in the near future, he tell me what to expect. more

When our kitchen pipes were frozen up solid, Zack was sent out to us. He was very professional and worked very diligently to unfreeze our pipes. We have used Waterworks in the past and will continue to use them in the future more

Everdry responded promptly and replaced my check value above the pump. The unit is about 20 years old and what had failed was one of the metal clamps had rusted off allowing pumped water to leak back into the basin. The entire check valve with couplings was replaced. On warranty. No charge. The serviceman said to continue with the bleach/water cleansings because that extends the life of the system. more
