It sure looked easy in the directions, but proved more than this homeowner could handle; replacing shower kit, which involved enlarging the access panel on the wall, cutting copper tubing, replacing the lines & the new valve. It did take some time to replace the valve (2.5 hours), but the tech finished the job. However, it did require a call-back visit to switch the hot/cold water cartridge. Overall, pleased with the finished result. more

We were extremely happy with both of the servicemen who came to our house to work on our clogged drain. The first gentleman came and worked diligently trying to unclog our drain. After snaking the drain without any results he decided that it was a problem that was to much for one person to do by himself. He called another serviceman and together they removed a large piece of pipe and replaced it and now our drain works like new. The first repairman went to purchase faucets and a shower head while he was waiting for the other repairman to come. They did a fantastic job installing the new faucets and the shower head. Next time we need any plumbing problems fixed we will call Waterworks. They have great people that go out of their way to be sure the customers are extremely satisfied with their work. Thank you Waterworks for being so easy to deal with. more

The backup was cleared; however there is more work to be done to avoid future backups. I am waiting for an estimate on how much it will cost fix a problem that a different plumber had done. more

The technician was professional, pleasant, and helpful. I wish he had been able to show up slightly earlier, as it was the very end of the window and then the work took more than an hour to complete, which caused me to need to shuffle some plans. However, the work was done well. It cost a bit more than I was expecting. more

We had a great experience with Daren from Waterworks! He replumbed our kitchen sink to fix a leaky pipe and offered to take a look and maintain our sinks. He showed us a couple of great tips for monthly maintenance to keep the sinks draining smoothly. Plus, he worked with us to schedule a water heater replacement installation which was on our list to update in our home! more

The technician was great! Determined the issue quickly and resolved it quickly as well. Made inexpensive suggestions of how to get rid of the water in the carpet which I really appreciated. Great experience! Thanks! more
