Please note that my first name has only one "R". Daren Miller responded to my call. He was polite and efficient. He did not know exactly what was causing my whole house filter to leak at the top, but knew to call the maker, whose phone number was on the filter housing. With instruction, he was done within what seemed like 10 minutes, as a screw within the cap had worked itself loose. Regarding the cost, well, thank God, I'm an Angie's List member. Please notify Daren that the blue flowers are up. He should bring flower pots and a shovel if he wants any. And call before coming. more

Your plumber got to our house as soon as we needed him and did a quick and complete job. We had what we thought would be 8 simple fixes from a leaky faucet to a new water shut off. We expected it wouldn't cost more that $500. He was there for 3 hours. His estimate, after I showed him everything, was $i,000. we told him to go ahead and do it all. When he was done the bill was $1,000. Of course it seemed high, but what do we know. My major concern, is that it was $1,000 exactly. What are the odds? I would have been much more comfortable if the price would have been $998.72 or $1,012.58. I just didn't think the price was accurate. more

The technician, Tony, was very professional and efficient during his visit. He offered alternatives to fixing the problem (water line leak from refrigerator hose), including the pros and cons of each. The repair work was completed within a very reasonable time frame. more

I have used your company 3 times now. I have been very please with the professionalism of your employee. The work is done in a timely manner. I like how quickly I can get appointment. I appreciate your willingness to work with my schedule since I am a teacher and cannot just leave work at a set time. more

Great customer service. Was told by Columbia Gas that we had a leak in our gas line and your tech came out and found nothing. I have no prob with The Waterworks guys, but it just stinks that I had to pay $209 just for the guy to spray stuff on my lines to check for a leak and found nothing. The only thing I would have to say is maybe lower the price for that kind of service, $209 later and I still don't have a working fireplace. more

Water heater heating elements replaced. We appreciated the explanations, and the chance to see the clearly defective part. Technician was prompt, clean, & efficient, wearing shoe covers & keeping us informed of his progress. We felt comfortable in his professionalism & advice. We are very satisfied with the work you did for us in replacing our garbage disposer. The day I realized our old one had a crack in the side and called, 5 minutes later you dispatched a service man. I believe his name was Ryan and he was very courteous and did an excellent job. Hats off to the receptionist who handled our call for getting us immediately into your schedule. more
