We were extremely happy with both of the servicemen who came to our house to work on our clogged drain. The first gentleman came and worked diligently trying to unclog our drain. After snaking the drain without any results he decided that it was a problem that was to much for one person to do by himself. He called another serviceman and together they removed a large piece of pipe and replaced it and now our drain works like new. The first repairman went to purchase faucets and a shower head while he was waiting for the other repairman to come. They did a fantastic job installing the new faucets and the shower head. Next time we need any plumbing problems fixed we will call Waterworks. They have great people that go out of their way to be sure the customers are extremely satisfied with their work. Thank you Waterworks for being so easy to deal with.
