Your plumber got to our house as soon as we needed him and did a quick and complete job. We had what we thought would be 8 simple fixes from a leaky faucet to a new water shut off. We expected it wouldn't cost more that $500.
He was there for 3 hours.
His estimate, after I showed him everything, was $i,000. we told him to go ahead and do it all.
When he was done the bill was $1,000. Of course it seemed high, but what do we know.
My major concern, is that it was $1,000 exactly. What are the odds? I would have been much more comfortable if the price would have been $998.72 or $1,012.58. I just didn't think the price was accurate.
