Have no issues with overall service. Tech report indicated that the oil service reminder had been reset.....it was NOT. Took me about 20 minutes to finally find the procedure to reset it myself. more

First Time for me, the Trucks been here b4 10/10/2013

The folks at Tacoma Dodge were kind, courteous, and helpful. They were knowledgeable, and had no problems answering all of my questions. I came in for an overdue Oil Change on my '73 D250 Turbo Diesel (11QTs). I allowed 2 Hours for my appointment. They were able to get me in and out in 78 minutes. The Technician detected a leak from my Drive Shaft Seal. On a FREE follow-up I asked for, another Technician verified the findings. They also printed off a Maintenance History Report, showing the Truck's past services there. WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO THE DEALER FOR A PART OR SERVICE, IT CAN BE PAINFUL, EXPENSIVE, FRUSTRATING; but it's not like that at Tacoma Dodge. They've got the cheapest labor/service in town; have a huge, clean, facility; great staff, a good environment, convenient location, and my business for life. ~Robert_Garcia more

I Love Tacoma Dodge 10/10/2013

If I had the money I would have brought two cars! From my first contact via the internet, to walking through the door being greeted and then driving off with my new car, the entire time I felt like I was buying a car from my best friend or a family member. We had great conversation, a few laughs and coffee. The inventory is so immaculent that you will be overwhelmed with choices so its best to go in having an idea of what you want, but if not no worries they will help you. This experience was by far the best car buying I have ever had when it came to the finance manager and I am happy to call my salesman Jerry Robertson a true and new friend of mine. No matter if you go to this dealer first or visit others prior to, my bet is you'll be sold at Tacoma Dodge. Thanks guys! more

Actually knew what they were talking about 10/2/2013

I brought my car in for a problem I was having with it and when I had described it to the people at Larson they had no idea what I was talking about and tried to charge me $120 just to find out what the problem was. I brought it to Tacoma Dodge instead and described it to them and they knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained that it would not cost me anything because that was a recall on our vehicle. They were friendly and knowledgable. more

Service was good = 4 stars, Sales = 2 stars 9/30/2013

The Service Dept was pretty responsive. The only improvement was that I was expecting a call when my car was ready to go and I didn't get one. In regards to the Sales Dept, not very happy. We had every intention of buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the "boss" had to step out for something (I do believe it was important), however, no back up for him???? We waited 25 minutes and then said forget it. We bought our Jeep in Oly instead. Felt sorry for the salesman who put a lot of effort in educating us on the vehicle. Just a reminder that the customer's time is very important especially on a weekend. Have a backup plan for these instances. more
