We had a good purchasing experience at Tacoma Dodge. Justin was our sales guy, he was nice, they were able to get our interest rates and payments where we wanted them. However, 2 days after purchasing the brand new Dart, it stalled on the freeway due to a computer malfunction, I had to have my car towed to the dealership that night. The dealership closed at 8pm, by the time the tow truck got there it was about 7:15pm, I called the dealership to ask if someone could possibly stay a few minutes past 8 so I could pick up the loaner car, the receptionist informed me after a few calls back and forth, that no one was willing to stay 5 minutes past 8 to help us out. I found that to be in bad service considering we just purchased 2 cars 2 days prior. We got lucky and there happened to still be people in the office when we got there at 8:02pm and I did get the loaner car, I just thought it was poor service that no one was willing to stay a couple minutes past closing considering the money we just spent there and the car malfunction was not user error. All in all it was a good buying experience but when you aren't actually purchasing a car customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for the sales people and managers. I will be receiving a new car hopefully within the next couple of days thanks to Don in the service department.
