Joshua Wallace did an outstanding job while we were negotiating/asking questions via the Internet. He represented Tacoma DCJR with integrity. The price was right, there were no surprises, and the car was ready for pick-up when we arrived. Absolutely no hassles and the whole process only took about 1 1/2 hours at the dealership. Using the Internet proved more than efficient and Josh was a major reason for this efficiency. Well done and, yes, we will insist any relatives or friends start with you folks. I called to have my Durango serviced, and there was no problem getting me in fast, and was done in a timely manner,I always wait until the last minute, I left on my vacation right after having it serviced, thanks so now I have peace of mind on my vacation, and it is running like a top. more

Superb customer service! In addition to taking great care of my vehicle the service advisor also took care of the customer. She diligently sought out answers for all of my questions, pointed me in the direction of a great breakfast location, and coordinated shuttle service there and back. more

Everyone is so friendly as soo as I walked thru the door I was greeted by three workers! 9/1/2013

I was not happy to hear that they don't wash or vacuum your car however they did vacuum my front seats.I was willing to pay but it's not a Service any longer. Would be nice to have that option again after all it is a car lot. The employees are all polite and efficient. more
