I have been accepted with no delays and had comfortable place to sit and sip my coffee. The service took just about what the representative mentioned 30 - 45 minutes. Before I noticed it was done. The car was ready no issues and noticed with the next service. more

Service dept review 8/22/2013

I went to the service dept for my first oil change on my lunch hour...fully expected to to take a long time and to be a little more pricey than most places, but I was willing to pay since its a new vehicle and I want to take care of it. The service dept staff was amazing! So nice and friendly...I was out of there in 20 minutes and my first oil change was free! I will not be going anywhere else but here in the future. more

They Listened to what I wanted. 8/21/2013

Tad was just outstanding. We did most of the work by phone and email. He actually listened to what I wanted in a car and actually looked outside his own dealership to find it...he didn't just try to sell me what he had on his lot...imagine that!...That would only have frustrated me and wasted both of our time! Young people aspiring to sell cars...Be like Tad! Listen to your customers! more
