The staff at Tacoma Dodge has always been friendly and helpful. The gentlemen that work the oil change desk do not seem very knowledgeable but Natalie, Rachel and the other two ladies are on top of the ball. We bought our cars brand new 3 years ago and may purchase two more here in the near future. more

Some Confusion 12/5/2013

I was being told that I needed an oil change and tire rotation even though the sticker in the car said I didn't. I don't mind getting my oil changed every 3000 miles but I feel like I spent $50 when I didn't have to. I know that you take good care of my Jeep (which I appreciate), but if you have someone behind the counter that doesn't know, they should ask someone who does. more

Over all I am pleased with the team. I got a convenient appointment time, the staff clearly communicated everything that was happening with my vehicle, and they found other maintenance concerns that I was not aware of when I brought my Jeep in and included quoted for the repairs. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. more

Friendly staff, quick service 12/4/2013

Came in for an oil change and to get a leak fixed. Brought my car in around 10am and they had fixed the leak and changed my oil by 4pm. Grateful for a quick response and a staff that was more than helpful to get me in and out in a timely matter! Kahlan was the one who took care of me, and Natalie was the one who took my phone call. Both were very professional and super helpful! more
