unexpected visit 8/19/2013

I have to admit that I normally don't get too excited about receiving surveys but in this case I'm pretty stoked. Your desk lady who assisted with facilitated and expedited our unfortunate visit was exceptional. Your ASE mechanic was also great.. he took the time to explain the issue and didn't make me feel like a customer who was standing in his way of going home. I'm a firm believer of good service and when I reach the point where I need to purchase a new dodge ram, I will give the sales side a chance to show their worth as well. Tacoma Dodge provided good, reliable service while waiting in a fairly pleasant waiting room. Additionally, Tacoma Dodge did not push for me to get thousands of dollars of extra work done as another Dodge dealer did. more

Great service not alot of waiting time 8/15/2013

Went in to see if my tire could get patched since I got a flat. I went to other tire places and they were all pushing me to buy new tire and were charging me almost $300 bucks!! Went into Dodge and they quickly fixed and patched it without any pushy sales! Saved me 300 bucks!! more

Made service appointment online. Kathy from the service department followed up in regards to that appointment. On the day of, there was no waiting around, the work was quickly performed , and I had my truck back in less than 5 hours. The best part about Tacoma Dodge Service, they did not try to pressure me into to other services. They did what I went in there for.... I had lost faith in dealerships and avoided them for a few years. Tacoma Dodge has restored that feeling. This is my second time using this parts/service department and I am very satisfied. more

Excellent staff and service. 8/13/2013

The staff at Tacoma Dodge makes the customer feel that their problem is important to them and that they are there to help you. They are polite, professional, and courteous. I was very impressed with the front desk personnel, Ms. Rachel White this trip and Ms. Christina Gregg the last two visits. Very nice, helpful, and appeared concern with my issues presented at the time. As representatives and the face of your business, you should be very proud of these two young ladies. Thank you. more
