I purchased a black CRZ last week from Spreen and my experience there was awesome. Jason C. was the sales guy who took care of all my needs. So here is the deal; got an internet quote from Spreen through Trucar that was WAY below all the other dealers for a 2011 Pilot. Drove out two days latter from Garden Grove and was told the color that was there that I wanted was now gone. So I settled on another color since the price was so good. I was told by my salesperson not to worry - I would get the quoted price. However, it took several hours (I got up to leave twice because they were trying to play around with the interest rate to inflate my payments). I knew they had 1.9% and that I was qualified for it so I stuck to my guns and refused to budge- they finally stopped all the games and gave me the rate and price I was quoted. Thankfully, the finance manager was great and did not play the games the sales team did. more

Very happy with working with Steven Douglas at Spreen Honda in finding a used Honda Civic. I have been searching for a couple of weeks on the internet and visiting different dealerships. The internet was frustrating at times as most great deals were either scams or already gone and the ad was not taken off yet. Although the Sales personnel were very nice, we drove 90 minutes to keep our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, we were told they did not have any 2010 Fits (the vehicle for which I had been given a quote two days earlier and made the appointment to purchase). The explanation was that their Internet Sales Department does not know what the inventory is when they quote a price. The ""solution"" was to offer us a 2011 Fit (at a higher price than we came prepared to pay). Resolution: Bought a Toyota elsewhere the next day. more

Thank you Albert! So pleasant, didn't pressure me into buying when I wasn't ready. I worked with him over about a week. I had to decide between a Pilot and a Ridgeline. I went with the Ridgeline almost immediately after I took a test drive. He is very good at his job, made the process smooth and easy. I didn't get all that I wanted for my car, but considering I received a payment I initially wanted to pay, I'm definitely satisfied!!! more

I'm not one to write reviews but on this business I must. I have not so good credit due to our great times. Needed a car desperately and tried two dealers and was denied. OK, I was getting a little stressed and did not know what to do. So in stead of just going down there I called. I talked to Shane in sales and explained my situation. In stead of blowing me off he said come down and he will work hard for me. When I get there Shane greets me like he knew me for years and made me feel like right at home. We go straight to paperwork. Once done filling out everything he takes it to his finance manager Pete. For 30 mins. I'm just sitting and waiting so very stressed just knowing I was going to be denied. So Shane comes walking over with this BIG SMILE and says guess what? YOUR APPROVED!!!! I almost fainted! I was so excited and so happy!!! Anyways, I pick out a beautiful Certified Honda Civic SI. This is my dream car and I can't believe its mine. Thank you so very much Spreen Honda for everything! I will only be buying cars from Spreen Honda from now on.
