They are deceiving, they tell you one price and when you get there the price goes up for added stuff that you don’t need. They don’t negotiate the price when they say they will.

Best Dealership!!!! 7/31/2010

I went to Spreen Honda and two other dealerships in my local area trying to get a good deal on a new Honda Insight. At Spreen Honda a salesman by the name of Jason Coates helped me. I went into the buying process determined to be a tough customer, but with Jason I didn't have to be. He made the process very pleasant, simple, and I left extremely happy. That is the one and only time I have ever left a dealership and not felt like I got swindled. He went through, in detail, all of the features of my new car, gave me a great deal on my trade, and was very honest. The other salesmen I met at the other dealers seemed sneaky and just tried to use flattery. I am an attractive woman and felt very uncomfortable with the other salesmen because of their behavior and I also felt like they were trying to take advantage just because I am a woman. Jason was the opposite! He was fair, personable, nice, and treated me with respect. I never felt uncomfortable with him. The experience was great and I am very happy. Spreen gave me the best deal out there and they have amazing coffee to drink while you wait, I haven't had a cup that good in a long time!!!! more

GREAT DEALER 7/29/2010

This is our second purchase form Spreen Honda and from Vu Tonthat. Vu really is the best!!! This gentleman is full of knowledge and enthusiasm. He really shows a passion for his customers and the product he represents. By no means is he the typical car salesman type. The last car we purchased was an Accord, and this time it was a Crv. I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received at Spreen Honda. Jarod, my salesman, went above and beyond to meet my needs. He listened to my economical and practical needs to help my family decide on the Pilot, at the right price, without a lot of hassle. The earnestness displayed by him and the few other gentlemen I had the opportunity to deal with is a rarity in today's world. These folks have our loyalty for their efforts. I set out to purchase a 2010 Honda Civic and e-mailed several dealers. Of all replies, Freddy Flores was the only one who was fast, polite, not patronizing, and completely transparent regarding pricing. Before I went to the dealership, I had several questions, all of which Freddy answered in detail and promptly. At the appointment, Freddy was professional, low-key, respectful. Great Price, Easy Process 7/9/2010

I received a quote from Spreen Honda after putting in a price quote request on Consumer Reports. Spreen Honda's price was ~$1,000 less than any other offer. I worked with Dennis Anderson to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for. I am in San Diego, but the price was worth the drive. In fact, the price was so good, that I was nervous that they were going to play games with me on pricing once I got up there. But I was wrong - everyone was very courteous and the purchase process was simple. I would recommend Spreen Honda and Dennis to anyone shopping for a Honda in Southern California. I gave this dealership five stars because it was a pleasant experience and they did everything right to ensure that they have a customer for life. Dennis Anderson quoted us a price and honored it when we came in later that day. He answered every question we had about the car in a professional manner. It was a completely different experience from the one my sister-in-law had when she bought her Accord from a different dealership. Spreen Honda is great and if you need to buy a new car this is the place to go and be sure to ask for Dennis. more

Ask For Ralph 6/30/2010

We live close to Spreen Honda in Loma Linda CA. We went in to look at cars and met a nice man named Ralph Graham. Ralph showed us a real good value on one of the few remaining 2009 Accords that they had. We decided to go ahead and purchase the car, and Ralph made the process really easy. The next day I was trying to program in our garage door remote, to our home link system, in the new Accord.
