Thank you Albert! So pleasant, didn't pressure me into buying when I wasn't ready. I worked with him over about a week. I had to decide between a Pilot and a Ridgeline. I went with the Ridgeline almost immediately after I took a test drive. He is very good at his job, made the process smooth and easy. I didn't get all that I wanted for my car, but considering I received a payment I initially wanted to pay, I'm definitely satisfied!!!
