Although the Sales personnel were very nice, we drove 90 minutes to keep our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, we were told they did not have any 2010 Fits (the vehicle for which I had been given a quote two days earlier and made the appointment to purchase). The explanation was that their Internet Sales Department does not know what the inventory is when they quote a price. The ""solution"" was to offer us a 2011 Fit (at a higher price than we came prepared to pay). Resolution: Bought a Toyota elsewhere the next day. more
