Worst

They are deceiving, they tell you one price and when you get there the price goes up for added stuff that you don’t need. They don’t negotiate the price when they say they will.

Thank you Matt Humhrey! So pleasant, didn't pressure me into buying when I wasn't ready. I worked with him over about a week. I had to decide between a Pilot and a Ridgeline. I went with the Ridgeline almost immediately after I took a test drive. He is very good at his job, made the tradeover smooth and easy. I didn't get all that I wanted for my car, but considering I received a payment of what I initially would have liked to pay, I'm definitely satisfied!!! Love ""My"" new car 4/27/2010

I recently purchased a used car at Spreen Honda. I was quite pleased with the selection Thomas showed me. I had saved enough for a decent down payment and knew where I needed my payment to be. Honest Honda Salesman 4/15/2010

Just bought a new CRV from Freddy Flores (Spreen Honda in Loma Linda). Freddy was very professional, straight forward, honest, no surprises. He gave us a great price and honored it (while other Honda dealers told us that he doesn't have the car or he would tack on many extra accessories - but that did not happen). I plan on buying another Honda next year from Freddy. Do yourself a favor and look up Freddy if you want to buy a Honda. Pros: Honest more

We're a young couple on a budget, and needed a bigger car for our family. I called Spreen Honda in Loma Linda. Luckily for us we got ahold of Ralph Graham I say luckily because he was really fun and friendly, in fact the whole place seemed to be having fun, which put us at ease. They're not the usual stiff, shirt and tie vulchers like so many places have. Ralph was very helpful, and we decided on a used Ford that fit our budget. The whole process was surprisingly simple and we're so happy that we dealt with Ralph, because he made it very easy. I decided to contact about ten internet sales managers between los angeles and riverside to see who had the best price on a 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring. Albert Hidalgo gave me the lowest quote, over the phone and email. He took good care of me and my wife. He didn't play any games, or try to change his quote, as other dealers suggested might occur if I went to Spreen. He was straightforward and made the transaction painless. He is a true professional and I think he really understands the internet customer. If you are the type who does his homework, knows exactly what he wants, and doesn't want to waste any time, you should call Albert. I did get a few other quotes that still couldn't go quite as low as his, so if you think you need to do so, check a few others. I was told that Spreen does a lot of volume so they can pass the savings onto their customers. I'm pretty sure, if you're willing to make the drive, which was at least worth several hundred dollars difference for me, you will ultimately end up at Spreen.
